Order
Every work in the gallery is an original. To place an order, use the button on the work itself, or email roni.luokkamaki@gmail.com naming the piece. Availability, the final price and the delivery cost are confirmed by email before any payment is made.
1. Payments
Payment is agreed with each order, usually by MobilePay or bank transfer. Payment details are sent in writing once the work has been reserved, and the piece is dispatched once payment has cleared.
2. Delivery
There are two ways to receive a work:
- Collection in person. Works may be collected in Helsinki by arrangement, at no delivery cost.
- Shipping within Finland. Sent with Matkahuolto or UPS, from 15 EUR depending on the carrier and on the size and weight of the piece.
The exact delivery cost is confirmed with the order before payment. Works are packed flat or boxed with protective wrapping, and larger pieces are quoted individually.
3. Returns
Works are hand-made, one-off pieces and carry no exchange or return right.
Any damage in transit must be reported by email within 14 days of delivery, together with photographs of the work and its packaging, so that a resolution can be arranged.
